When a user chooses to use AI-assisted features, Swifteyes may send only the data necessary to process the requested feature. This may include:
- User-entered prompts, questions, or report instructions.
- Brand names, competitor names, campaign names, keywords, filters, or topics selected by the user.

4.2 Personal Data and AI Services
Swifteyes does not intentionally send sensitive personal information to third-party AI services. Where AI-assisted processing is used, we aim to minimize the data sent and limit it to what is necessary to provide the requested functionality. Users should not enter sensitive personal information into AI prompts, notes, or report instructions unless their organization has authorized such use.
4.3 Who Data May Be Sent To
Swifteyes may use trusted third-party AI service providers to process AI-assisted features. These providers may include cloud-based AI model providers and infrastructure providers contracted by Swifteyes, such as OpenAI, Microsoft Azure OpenAI Service, Google Gemini, Microsoft Azure, and OpenRouter, depending on the configuration used by Swifteyes.
We require third-party service providers that process information on our behalf to implement appropriate technical, organizational, and security safeguards and to provide the same or an equivalent level of protection for the information they process for Swifteyes.
4.4 User Permission Before Sharing Data with AI Services
Before personal data is sent to a third-party AI service, Swifteyes will provide an in-app notice explaining what data may be sent and who it may be sent to, and will request the user’s permission where required. If the user does not provide permission, the related AI-assisted feature may be unavailable or limited, but the user may continue to use non-AI features where available. Users may withdraw AI data-sharing consent at any time in the app settings or by contacting Swifteyes. If consent is withdrawn, AI-assisted features will be disabled, but non-AI features will remain available.
4.5 No Sale of User Data
Swifteyes does not sell user personal data. Data processed by AI service providers is used to provide and improve Swifteyes functionality and is not sold by Swifteyes.

Retention periods may vary depending on the customer agreement, data type, legal requirements, and operational needs.
7. Security
We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. These safeguards may include access controls, encryption, monitoring, logging, secure infrastructure, and internal security procedures. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
